Dump semi-trailer

Self-unloading semi trailer is suitable for the transportation of bulk and bulk cargo such as coal, ore and building materials. Low flat trailer

The low-flat semi-trailer has no railings in its on-board parts and is widely used. It is mainly used for medium and long-distance freight transportation. The frame of series semi-trailer is beam-piercing structure, and the longitudinal beam is straight and movable gooseneck type. The web height ranges from 400 mm to 550 mm. The longitudinal beam is welded by automatic submerged arc welding. The frame is shot peening. It penetrates the longitudinal beam brightly and welds the whole body. Series dry leaf spring and suspension support are composed of reasonable structure, strong rigidity and strength, which are used to support load cushioning. Low-flat semi-trailer is usually used to transport heavy trucks (such as tractors, buses, special vehicles, etc.), railway vehicles, mining machinery, forestry machinery, agricultural machinery (such as excavators, bulldozers, loaders, pavers, cranes, etc.) and other heavy-duty goods. The lower the center of gravity, the better the stability and safety, the better the ability to transport super-high cargo and pass overhead obstacles. Strong. The front part of the frame is gooseneck (the traction pin of gooseneck front is connected with the traction saddle of the tractor, the back part of gooseneck is connected with the semi-trailer frame), the middle part is cargo platform (the lowest part of the frame), and the rear part is wheel frame (including wheels). When loading mechanical equipment on a low-flat semi-trailer, it is usually loaded from the rear end of the semi-trailer, that is, the mechanical equipment is moved from the rear wheel frame or the wheel is removed, and then the mechanical equipment is fixed on the semi-trailer. The walking structure of low-flat semi-trailer is made of high-strength international steel, which has light weight and guarantees its anti-distortion, anti-seismic, anti-turbulence and different road bearing capacity.
