B. Open the pressure relief valve on the top of the tank so that the air pressure in the tank is the same as the atmospheric pressure, and then open the manhole cover. (Before opening the manhole, you must first open the pressure relief valve, and confirm that there is no pressure in the tank before opening the manhole tank lid to avoid personal injury or accident);
C. Check for agglomerated dust and granules in the tank, especially tanks that have loaded powdered materials and have not been used for a long time. It is necessary to check carefully to remove agglomerated dust and granules;
D. Align the feed opening of the cement storage container with the log cover, close the other valves and start charging;
E. Stop after loading up to the nominal tonnage, remove the dust accumulated around the seal of the population to ensure the tightness of the inspection tank lid, cover and block the inspection cover, remove the dust on the workbench and Close the pressure valve, loading complete.
2.Unloading (see Figure 14)
A. Butt the discharge pipe joint with the storage tank joint to ensure the interface is well sealed;
B. Check whether the secondary air inlet valve, pressure relief valve, external air source control valve, and discharge valve are closed;
C. Open the tank intake valve; start the car engine according to the power take-off operation method, drive the power take-off and air compressor to start inflating the air chambers of the tank; adjust the hand throttle so that the tachometer reading reaches 900r / min. In addition, the air chambers in the tank can be inflated through an external air source;
D. When the pressure in the tank, that is, the barometer reading reaches 196kpa, open the discharge butterfly valve to discharge; if the pressure continues to rise more than 196kpa during the discharge transportation, it means that the pipeline is blocked, and the secondary air inlet valve should be opened to clean the pipeline Until unblocked;
E. Control the throttle to keep the ash discharge pressure at 145kpa ~ 165kpa, the general discharge speed is about 1.2T / min. When the ash discharge is completed, the pressure in the tank drops to 9.8kpa ~ 19.6kpa. At this time, you should open and open the Air valve to clear all ash discharge pipes;
F. Operate according to the disengagement step of the power take-off to stop the air compressor and complete the unloading work;
G. Open the pressure relief valve on the top of the tank to discharge the excess air in the tank, so that the air pressure in the tank is the same as the atmospheric pressure, and avoid the "lifting" accident when the manhole tank lid is opened;
H. When the horizontal distance is 5 meters and the input height is greater than 15 meters, after opening the discharge valve, the secondary air inlet valve should be opened to dilute the concentration of the conveyed particles and increase the discharge height.
Notes for use:
Before opening the manhole tank lid, you must first open the pressure relief valve, and confirm that there is no pressure in the tank before you can open the manhole tank lid; do not allow sundries, lumps, etc. to enter the tank during charging; during the filling and discharging process Pay attention to the working condition of the discharge barometer at any time. The pressure must not exceed the specified value. The safety valve must be sensitive and reliable in operation. After filling, the manhole tank lid and discharge butterfly valve must be closed. There must be no compressed air in the tank during transportation. If the pressure rises above the specified value during the discharging process. If the safety valve is working, the blow-blowing valve should be opened repeatedly to clear the pipeline and reduce the pressure. If the pressure still rises, it should be stopped immediately and checked: the speed of the air compressor should be controlled at 850-1000 rpm: the vehicle should start smoothly Do not start abruptly, and do not brake and accelerate sharply during an emergency;
When the vehicle is parked for a long time, the residual water and oil pollution in the gas storage tank should be released with the compressed air to prevent water from accumulating in the brake pipe, rusting, and oil scale blocking, which will cause the brake to fail.
